After some of the kids at Tecumseh Middle School saw the article in the Tecumseh Herald about me, they asked Mr. Palmer if they could do something to help in my fundraising effort. So they got a box and started putting whatever spare change or left over lunch money they had in it.(incidently, Mr. Palmer was both my Mom and Dad's teacher many years ago, when they were these kids age, which is pretty cool.)

So Mr. P called my Dad the other day and asked if I could come visit with all the kids. I got to meet everyone and was very happy and smiley, they were all so nice. My dad got all nervous when he realized how many people he had to talk to, but I smiled him through it!

They raised $211.94 for my surgery! Can you believe it? *WOW!!!*

*AND* a girl gave me this really cool puppy dog that actually barks, and my big brother Darren learned how to make it bark the Old McDonald had a farm song for me!
